v0.2 draft -> v1.0
Public consultation

Comment ledger

A public ledger of comments received on the v0.2 draft and their Council review status.

The standard is a v0.2 draft. Every comment received is logged in the ledger and reviewed by the working group. This page shows the aggregate status — no personal data and no comment bodies: only the requirement or section the comment targets, the date, the status, and the Council's short disposition.

Draft v0.2 -> v1.0. Subject to change before 2027-01-01.

How the consultation loop works

The standard evolves through an open feedback loop — from comment to version. Every step is public and traceable.

01
Comment
Any market participant submits a comment on a specific requirement or section via the "Comment" link in the standard text or the Council's contact details.
02
Logging
The comment is recorded in the ledger as "Received", gets an id, and is tied to a requirement or section. No personal data enters the public ledger.
03
Review
The working group assesses the comment on its merits: status moves to "Under review", and where needed the question is raised as an open decision.
04
Disposition
The Council publishes the outcome — Accepted, Deferred, Declined, or Duplicate — with a short rationale and, for accepted comments, a target version.
05
Version
Accepted comments are reflected in the changelog and locked into the next version of the standard.
